Kiara was super sweet and wonderful! We really enjoyed having her as our server. Food was good as always. We prefer this location because it’s close to home and consistent.

was ok, the bartender i think was in kind of struggle time, has a few tables, but a lot of servers waiting for drinks, and don't get help at all, i understand the frustration cause I work for restaurants for almost 20 years, managers always have to jump on to help in that case, he apologized for the inconvenience, but still give a good tip to the server, overall ok experience, for been the first time there.

The Red Lobster, located in West Dundee, IL, is situated in the unfortunate area of the now-closed and doomed Springhill Mall. Unfortunate of it’s location the restaurant is still situated near trafficked streets and maintains a small number of customers. Not as busy as It would have been during lunch years ago when I was young.The staff, with a big smile, are friendly and helpful. Our waitress was very informative on the menu, patient, and attentive.My family came during their Lobster fest event. We all ordered a meal from that menu. All of it tasted great. I ordered the Lobster Lover’s Duo that had the Stone Tail Lobster and Maine Lobster. It was excellently cooked and the side Creamy Lobster Baked Potato was very tasty.Overall, we had a great experience.

Great service, great food, my margarita was made with excellence. It was a great experience this weekend with thanks to our waitress Leticia. She was wonderful and helpful and very fast and efficient. We had a beautiful birthday dinner for my nephew. Thank You!!!

Our server was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Food was tasty, hot, and fresh! Great service and atmosphere. We had the stuffed flounder, lobster dip, lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, and of course biscuits!! Dinner was great and we will absolutely be back soon.

Waited over 20 minutes at our table and not one worker came up to us (there was maybe 2 tables there). Manager was no help at all and hiding in the back. Service and atmosphere were awful. You could very much hear the cooks coughing in the back!
