Manager Rosa lacks any kind of banking skills. Went to this branch to request banks and check statements from closed business account. She was more concerned about getting me into opening another credit card, than fulfilling my request.When I received the mail, there were only statements and no checks copies… So I went to bank again, spoke with Rosa again, and emphasized that I need copies of said checks still. 2 weeks later no mail, no call from bank, so I went there for third time…I spoke with branch banker Andrew Rodriguez this time and he dealt with my request in 5 minutes… Seems like he should be a manager there, not Rosa as he’s way more competent and knowledgeable.

Never go to this location, manager Rosa is not responsible, we try order statements with copy of chcecks 3 Times she didyn’t order them, she shouldn’t Work there as manager. Worse expirence what u can imagine!!!! They waist people time!!!!

Hands down the worst PNC branch in the surrounding area. This branch consistantly just gives me problems. Atm is third party owned and will eat your card. Customer service can definitely use a refresher course (Jola Karas). managements desire to jump in and solve issues lacks effort.

We have been with PNC over a decade now. I JUST received a letter stating that IF my checking is less than $500 a month that I'll be charged $7.00 per month! So I'm penalized for not having as much money as most people in the Dundee/Sleepy Hollow area?

very bad program management skills. I closed my account on Jan 04, 2018 with sufficient $ in each account, while i still got a charge for two extra months service charge for Feb and March 2018, even without any bill sent over. But I received a claim for $120 (10 + 10 + 100 penalty).
PNC center tells me they did not know the account closed. I am very curious about how could a customer to know the bank system works?????? WHY I need to spend my personal time to solve the issue not even created from my self??????????????
Please get your system fixed and avoid other customer to experience what I had difficulty in the past several weeks. Even today, I still need to work out this case.
THIS IS NOT how much $ issue, IT IS PNC responsibility and blame to your customer!!!!!!!!!!!
However, Ms. Ruth Cortez does a great job and is willing to help me for my past two visits. She is very helpful and a good professional to work with.
