Man this place left a really great impression on me the first time I ordered from this location. My very first experience with this location a couple months back was hands down 5/5. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the crust was nicely cooked and the pizza was amazing. Ordered the same thing and it feels like I'm eating a school cafeteria pizza this time around unfortunately. Crust is hard and the pizza just overall is underwhelming. The 2 experiences I've had so far with this location are completely night and day. I ordered around the same time both instances but I did notice the gentleman that is there was by himself my first encounter had another employee there tonight. Not saying it's relevant but just an observation I made. I wish I had pictures of the first pie but man it was amazing. Unfortunately i have pictures of this pizza so you be judge. I definitely am willing to give this location another shot though. I know they're capable of making a good pizza, I just unfortunately caught them on an off night.

This place sucks watch out they drop ingredients on the floor all the time and they still put it on your pizza they also don't wear gloves and they stay touching there faces as they make your pizza

This place is mainly for pick up, there is nowhere to sit and eat so keep that in mind, they also need to improve on cutting the pizzas right it's not usual to have to cut it again your self

I always enjoyed their pizzas but what a friend brought one over today it was one of the worst things I've ever tried I couldn't force myself to eat it I don't know if you guys change the recipe or what's going on but I'm definitely not going to eat from that place again in Dundee.

I called to order a delivery, I checked with them to ensure that a delivery was still possible. They assured me that it was, I proceeded to give them my order. They told me it would arrive in about 30 minutes but I figured it would arrive more accurately around 40 minutes or so due to the weather. It never came. I received an email telling me that my order would arrive in 31 minutes but never got a call or cancelation email saying that it would not arrive. I called the next day, I was told that my email was not on the account which is why I did not relieve a cancelation email which is not true because I received the other email. They told me that they use a call center but claimed they never received the order. If that was true, they would never receive ANY orders. They simply said they would give me a refund but refused to take any of the fault for the bad service meanwhile blatantly lying and downright avoiding responsibility. This was all when talking directly to the manager, by the way. They never even bothered to try and correct a mistake that they made. Terrible customer service and blatantly TERRIBLE manager. I have worked in the pizza industry and this was one of the worst things I've ever seen when it comes to handling a problem.

Our daughter loves three different foods. Ramen, Mac 'n Cheese and Papa Johns Pizza with extra sauce but ONLY from this location.We have tried other locations in the past but this is the only one that makes it right every single time.The staff are also super friendly as well. It's nice knowing that you can walk into a place and be greeted with a smile, makes the experience that much better.If you're looking to get a consistently good pizza and you've tried other locations, make sure you don't skip this one here on Main St. in West Dundee.

Super disappointed at this Papa John's Pizza location. I called in to place an order at 9:19 pm, was told my pizza will be delivered within 26 to 36 min. I waited until 9:53 and gave them a call to check on the delivery status, they kept rejecting my calls for 7 minutes until the place closed at 10 pm and I never had my pizza delivered. Very unprofessional service. For sure they just lost a regular client.

Ordered delivery today around 3pm and it was fast, fresh, and delicious. My fiancé and I warmed up the rest around 9pm and it was still just as yummy! Best papa johns experience I’ve ever had!

Had to double check to see if I had ordered a thin crust on accident (I didn't). Pizza was razor thin, sauce and toppings were a good inch away from the crust... the same crust that was so hard I could have chipped a tooth on it had I attempted to eat it. Extremely disappointing.
