I'm convinced Moda Salon and owner Juliano must be the best kept secret in West Dundee. Conveniently tucked into the corner of a strip mall two doors down from Sally Beauty (what could be better?) it's just hidden from view a bit, and I'm almost glad. I hesitate to share this review because I don't want him to get so busy that he can't fit me into his schedule, but I can't keep quiet about the great experience I had and will continue to have here. Juliano is so passionate about what he does, making sure you're 100 percent happy with your hair. He taught me about my type of hair and what was best for it. Although he wasn't at all pushy with selling product to me, he had mentioned a leave-in conditioner. I ended up buying it and it's the best because it doesn't weigh my hair down and my hair just drinks it in. It feels so much healthier, and my cut and color are sheer perfection. He is also the sweetest man with interesting stories and a colorful background. I spent four hours in his salon getting color correction, highlights, a cut and style and it felt like 20 minutes! He's absolutely fantastic, engaging, and has great ideas for your hair. He truly loves what he does and it shows.

Juliano is amazing! He took great care of my hair and fixed it for me. I don't know why I try to save a dollar! He has fair prices and is kind and does care about your genuine feelings. He takes his time and doesn't make you feel like you are a number. Just amazing

Moda Salon is run by Juliano and Juliano does an amazing job on my hair. He has been cutting hair since the dawn of man! He recently opened up his own salon (i.e. Moda Salon) in 2010. The salon is clean and easy to find. Juliano also did my hair on my wedding day back in April of 2010. His personality is upbeat, vivacious, caring, compassionate and he truly cares that you leave his salon feeling happy and great about your hair cut. I can not say enough good things about Juliano. All I can say is that his passion for creating beautiful hair and hairstyles that his customer's request is unmatched by any other stylist I've ever been to. Check it out for yourself!
