Staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. My appointment started on time and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took their time to make sure they explained everything thoroughly. They have a great selection of frames and lens options and they don’t try to “rush the process.” I was very comfortable the entire time and can tell they care about their customers. I would highly recommend visiting the Algonquin Lens Crafters. The store is set up very nicely and the techs and Dr’s were fantastic. 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They were very patient and I am very grateful for their understanding as well. Not only did I need to get a full exam but my 5 year old needed one as well. Plus my 2 year old had to tag along too.
So the fact it was back to back exams, doctor evaluations and my kiddos were getting rambunctious all the staff were patient and calm with us. Kids running up to the kids glasses trying them all on and then touching their many low mirrors haha.
I had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciate when people are kind and understanding when it comes to small children and being stuck in a small area for extended periods of time. We will return and happily use this location for all our eye needs.

I visited the Algonquin store today, needing repairs to my eye glasses. My right bridge arm and pad had broken off. I was helped by Ruby who not only fixed the broken side but also replaced the left one for me. Thank you Ruby for your great service. My glasses never felt more comfortable!
