“I had lost the center stone to my engagement ring - a true heartbreak as I (unfortunately) did not have it insured and it was not a common cut. I was lucky it has lasted 8 years with no issues, but alas, this happened.I asked for recommendations on a local jeweler and Laura's name came up a few times, as well as being incredibly conveniently located (5 minutes from home!). I called for an appointment and scheduling was easy. For my appointment, I came in and was greeted warmly, and then she got to work. I was BLOWN AWAY by her expertise, as well as her catching 2 smaller diamonds on my band and halo missing. I had planned on "shopping around" and getting quotes, but after just 5 minutes, I knew there was no way I would find anything better. Due to the cut of my diamond, she needed to get some different sizes in and I knew this would take some time. When the first batch wasn't right, she had new ones overnighted so I wouldn't have to wait longer. The second batch was beautiful, and I even upgraded my center diamond. Off it was whisked to get fixed and when I got the call it was ready, I wasted absolutely NO TIME getting to the store to pick it up. Upon pickup, I felt like I had just gotten engaged all over again. I could not stop staring at it, and needed my husband to drive home so I could continue staring at it in the sun. It was beautiful work, and I was so pleased with the results. I found that the pricing to replace my diamonds and get my ring fixed was very reasonable compared to my research online, as well as the timeline to have everything taken care of. The personal touch was absolutely wonderful, and meeting the family was a huge plus, too! Highly recommend!!”
