Every single time I stop here to ship a package, the workers are pre-occupied and do not even say “hello, I will be right with you”Instead, we wait and wait to see if they will even notice customers are waiting for service.You drop what you’re doing and service your customer before continuing tasks that can wait.I’ve tried giving this location my business several times and it’s the same experience every time.

Came here to get labels printed and to ship 150 express pak packages when the Algonquin store refused to help. Jacob was very helpful and got the job done. They went above and beyond!

The service was amazing. I came in to make a book cover last minute and they created a wonderful design for me. Absolutely 100% recommend this location!Three years later, and I came back to get some papers copied. They helped me right away— zero wait time— and I was in and out of there in five minutes. Amazing and kind humans!

This manager is trying to impose his own face mask rules. I have always complied, but I am fully vaccinated and FedEx Corporate informed me it is not their policy that face masks must be worn in their stores.. They also stated he will be getting a phone call. Unprofessional and rude.

Walk in being fully vaccinate. First thing out of the associates mouth is you need to put a mask on. i explained I'm fully vaccinate. He stated it was company policy. I called FedEx Corporate. They explained to me it is not corporate policy and even checked current requirement & got a manager on the phone. They also explained this local manager is not allowed to set his own requirement and apologize. I called back to the FedEx location to explain to the manager what I was told. He did want to hear it was rude and hung up. Grocery stores, Walmart etc. are not even requiring masks if fully vaccinated. This manager will be receiving a call shortly setting him straight.I will not be doing business with the company ever again.

I had 2 items sent out to friends of mine. I tracked the items, said they delivered it this past Tuesday. So far have not received. So in my opinion FedEx is not reliable.

My company extensively using FedEx as their preferred carrier. Although, I have FedEx drop-off at my local Walgreens across the street, I'm driving few extra miles to this particular location to handle my packages. Great team, always helpful and positive. Thank you!

We have had the same manual printed in the past... this time the store refused to handle it and sent it out to be processed. This is a class for the safety of workers cleaning up Covid19 infected buildings. I guess the disease kills customer service too. So disappointed.
