Won’t accept loose coin but Jewel-Osco will. Coin sorter, The grocery store has figured out but BMO hasn’t.. A bank that doesn’t take money.. smh ????

Not even 1 start is deserved. I switched to BMO about a month ago and I am not happy with the costumer service I had recently. I went in the other day to(this location) to take cash out and the teller asked me why I wanted to take out 70$ (the amount I wanted to take out). I had never been asked that at any bank before. There should be a script that they follow because the lady tried to argue with me and say she said she was asking how I would like my cash back when she clearly did not. Instead she clearly asked me “was there a reason you wanted to take out 70$?” No cash back in the question at all. After that I felt really uncomfortable and confused so thought I should ask why. Then she still tried to argue with me and say I need to hear better. Lady you’re the one who is a grown woman probably past 50 and telling a 22 year old to hear better!?! I genuinely asked why she asked me why I wanted to withdraw my money that’s it I wasn’t being rude and she proceeded to argue with me. Do better BMO your employee is so unprofessional.

I should not have to wait in line for 10 minutes trying to deposit A check. No one even said “We will be right with you, sorry for the delay” or anything. Instead of paying someone to sit by the door all day on his phone… Hire another teller so customers are taken care of in a timely matter.

Just an FYI everything you need to be physically in a bank for is by appointment only. Ridiculous. Wear a mask and open the bank.

I chose this bank for my first bank account when I turned 18. I forget her name but the branch manager assisted me with creating an account and was extremely helpful in explaining all the advantages of different accounts and providing me with information. The online customer service for this bank is not my favorite but I will say that the service I received at this particular branch was exceptional.

BMO Harris separates itself from most banks. They have free checking with no direct deposit requirements, SAME DAY debit cards that you don’t have to wait for in the mail, participant of Zelle so you can quick pay friends and family, and they really care about your financial goals. Best bank in Chicago suburban area.

I was at the bank last week to pay my county tax bill which is due today. I was told the system at the West Dundee location is not able to connect to the Kane County property tax bill system and that I would have to go to another Harris location or another bank that accepts the tax bills. This didnt make sense to me how a Harris location didn't interface with the county system but other Harris locations did. I called this morning (5 days later) and the system still isn't working. Why can't the Dundee site get a problem like this fixed in a timely manner? Doesn't make sense

Horrible customer service. Went in to withdraw money to purchase a car. The bank manager approached me stating that they would have to call a different bank in order to withdraw my money and refused to give me it rendering me car less. I called corporate BMO and they said it was poor practice on this branches part. I spoke to the regional manager about it as well. Avoid here at all costs. Very lazy, poor customer service, and generally rude. The manager kept talking over me when I asked questions.

I switched from Chase Business to BMO. Biggest mistake ever. I have no clue how they keep their clients. Open a new business account? Sure....you can wait 8 business days to get your business card in the mail. No options....BMO-BMO check for 7K......oh..something looks fraudulent we are going to hold it for 10 business days. LITERALLY A JOKE. Dundee, IL branch takes the cake too. 1 PB EVERY DAY.......
