Prior to the pandemic, this was a great center. Now they are really disorganized and unprofessional. They have changed directors and lost a lot of great staff members over the last several years. Unless you have no other option, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

West Chicago Kindercare is great!! The staff are friendly, kind, and professional. They really care for the kids and go above and beyond. It’s a great feeling to know our baby is in such good hands there while we’re at work. I highly recommend the center!

I would say if my kids love her teachers must be a good place. I have a 9 year old and a 4 year old, both love it. I've talked to Jill and Amber and ALWAYS with a great attitude and willing to help on anything we need. Absolutely love it.
