“I was drawn in by their half off dental cleaning this month. I got my cat’s teeth cleaned and all went well! They called me the day before to remind me and then, day of, they gave me an update that she was doing well around the time they said she would. This is definitely a no-frills place from my experience, it was very in and out with not much chatter in between- but what more do you need? Fair prices and my cat seemed well cared for.”

“We have been going to Danada Vet for the past 6 years with our dogs and every visit we have has been nothing but wonderful. Our most recent experience was unlike anything I could imagine. One of our dogs dog sick very suddenly and we had to bring her in as an emergency although the clinics schedule was full that day they were still able to squeeze us in and get our dog seen right away. We were seen by Dr. Wallach and there is no way I can thank her enough for the exceptional care she gave our dog. Although the situation did not turn out the best in the end, our dog ended up passing away a few days later due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, it was Dr. Wallach who stood out the most. She had some blood drawn on my dog and other tests and we brought her home waiting for results. Later that night we received a call from Dr. Wallach with the blood work results with bad news. She told us to bring her in to a nearby emergency vet because the blood work looked so bad she was worried our dog wouldn’t survive the night. I remember hearing those words and they hit like a ton of bricks. I was speechless and sat there in silence on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. Dr. Wallach’s calming voice and tone are the only thing that kept me from falling apart that night. She sat on the phone with me and answered every question I had and let me take my time processing everything that she was saying. I don’t think she knows how big of an impact that one call made but just having someone who cares so much and has such love for animals on top of being so kind and caring not even to the pets but also to humans truly shows that Danada is not just your typical vet clinic, they go above and beyond. This is the reason we still take our pets to Danada even though we like 45 minutes away. They are worth the drive to have the best possible care for your pets no matter the distance.”
“This is the third time we’ve used their services and each time they have been very compassionate and empathetic! They are very professional and family owned which helps insure the best service available! Through our sadness and losing our Scotties we did not have to worry about their ashes being lost or contaminated. The owners Nick and GG are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. “I have been going to Knoll Animal Hospital for years. I have always wanted to write a review and finally I am doing so. I love the way Gibby and I are welcomed in and treated with compassion! You can really tell that everyone that works there is an animal lover!! (I have a blind senior dog who actually is very excited when he gets there ?) I recently had Dr. Maas for the first time and I totally loved her! (She took the time to listen, answer my questions and was very thorough) I will never take Gibby anywhere else!! ❤️?”

“We’ve gone to Lake Street for almost 10 years with our dog, Lola. Every person at Lake Street AH has been caring & wonderful. Add two 6 month old recently adopted kittens who both had some unexpected issues and although they were booked up, managed to squeeze them in. They diagnosed and prescribed with professionalism, and showed them compassion and love at the same time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
“This place is by far the Best Vet I've ever gone to and I'm in rescue so that's saying a Lot! The vets and all the staff are so caring and attentive. The care is holistic and comprehensive. The office atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I cannot recommend enough!The pics show my 18 year old Super Senior, Izzie, getting her weekly acupuncture, chiropractic, and cold laser therapy. This along with medication and herbs, help manage her arthritis pain and chronic kidney disease. We are very fortunate to have them so close by.Prices are slightly higher than the high traffic vets around, but the care and service we receive is more than worth it. I wish more vets were like The Whole Pet and offered the holistic services and care.”

“I have been bringing my birds to see Dr. Ness for close to 30 years. He is hands down the best exotic vet in the Chicago area. He has several other vets that work in his practice, and I trust all of them, but Dr. Ness is definitely my favorite. I needed to bring in my parakeet on an emergency basis, and I was able to get an appointment the same day, which is rare, but I was very thankful. She was able to be treated on the spot and Dr. Ness and the tech answered all my questions about the treatment and follow ups.”
“First visit with Eola Point today. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant; from over the phone, reception, clinical and back again. They made arrangements to get me in on short notice and were quickly responisive to my online schedule request. Very clean office and exam rooms. It did not look (or smell) like a typical veterinarian office to me, felt more upscale. They had a variety of treats and were very thorough discussing not only my chief concern but everything from teeth to tail. Felt like both my cat and I were treated excellent. 10/10”

“I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until the day before he’s supposed to have his procedure. The blonde vet tech (I believe her name is Natalie) just seems to not care.Update: they did reach out and make things right, I missed a call while I was at work from Dr. DeCraene who was very apologetic and understanding. We were able to get our kitty scheduled somewhere else that was recommended to us.”

“Dr. Zink and his staff were great! My dog Finley was treated there for regular vet care and a surgery and we have always been really pleased with the care he has received. We only stopped coming because we moved to Texas. Big shout out to Karen and Julie who treated Finley like he was their own when he was being boarded. Knowing I was leaving him somewhere safe and reliable made traveling easier. Prices are standard for vets and they try to do everything they can do help out such as vaccine discounts on certain days. We will miss it!”
“Dr. Cook and his staff are simply amazing. They're caring, communicate well and accommodating. Our 10 year old Australian Shepard had a full tear of his CCL. Our vet gave us a couple referrals to surgeons but none provided the tightrope procedure. We felt the TPLO procedure was far too invasive for a 10-year-old dog so we decided to go with Dr. Cook and are so happy with our choice.”

“This place has taken such great care of my baby Grover. He is almost 13 years old and has been going here since he was a pup. The level of care they give him is amazing and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Recently Grover has been having more health issues and they will always see him as soon as possible and go over the best course of treatment/next steps to get Grover what he needs. I will always use this vet office and would recommend them to everyone!”
