Friendliness of the people here okay especially for dealing with people of Chicagoland. Forget your appointment time when it comes to loading. You will be here for a while. My appointment was for 1:00 p.m. and now I'm getting out of here after 3:00 well into rush hour

The earlier your appt time the faster youll get loaded. Solid place for a 10 hr break. 24 hour bathroom and a bunch of food that delivers.

My appointment was at 3pm and I arrived that morning around 330am thinking that I works have to wait until my appointment time…I don’ didn’t have to wait and they got me in right away…the people was super friendly… love this place

The company is wonderful. The workers are very good. We had an appointment for 10 am, but when we arrived in the evening a day earlier, they immediately gave us the door and unloaded us in 30 minutes. After that, they allowed us to stay in the company's parking lot for the night. Parking to the door is very narrow, but there is enough space to park without problems.

Very pleasantly surprised wasn’t sure how this place was with only one review from 2+ years ago. Got here at 9:45am into a dock right away they loaded us very quickly and it’s 10:15 and on our way out. Very impressed to say the least
