First off I’m sure this owner thinks he’s right as I have a different opinion. I’m actually upset to have to wrote a review but Complete joke that I have to even leave one star. This place deserves zero stars for what happened. This company is making me waste more time to argue a credit card dispute. Be careful coming here. I drove a car in they stated they could fix. Then they realize they needed to program a part after already installing it..long story short I get a call saying hey sorry your car doesn’t start any more I prefer you take it somewhere else, (pretty much) As they did not want to work on it anymore. So I towed the car out of there to a competent shop. There are Many repair shops out there so be cautious. I’d love to see the owner argue this. let’s see the responce he gives. And what his definition of “installation” is. I wonder if he remembers when I brought in the car and him saying he wanted to look up the part etc… And the best part instead of trying to make it up, they wanted to charge me again to install my old part back in the car. Like I would want them doing anything else to my car. looks like they may have caused more damage so this was a nightmare…as I need it checked to be sure.
The funniest part is I read the response and they try to act like I was the one in the wrong. They literally said after they installed it that they contacted Mercedes and realized the part needed needed to be Programmed which they didn’t know obviously or why would they have called them? So for anybody that cares to read this, why would I take a part there if they can’t program lol. I’m sure the guy will be all rude and want to argue but he’s in the wrong. I’m not that stupid. He is Supposed to be the professional here. What he should have done is said oh we can’t program here so we can’t perform the service. They just didn’t know how to Install it. And hey part of installation is programming!!! Being the owner you should know this. So pictures don’t show a properly installed part. And yes, he told me he didn’t want to work on a car anymore that he’d rather me take it somewhere else… Obviously, because they don’t know what they’re doing. For being a mechanic, shop I’m shocked. And still trying to charge me for breaking my car is so funny. It’s not even a matter of the money it’s principal. Can’t let these shops get away with this it’s wrong and in my opinion the shop is absolutely horrible at least with my car. You literally put on the receipt that you contacted Mercedes to find out how the part works . After you installed it….thanks for ruining my car and making me take it to a genuine shop. I mean I’m over it but upset there was not enough CUSTOMER service to try to rectify your mistake of judgement and workmanship. I’m sure the shop thinks they do everything correct but no one is perfect and it’s a shame they couldn’t fix the problem. Obviously I’m upset I really wish I never went here. But glad I brought to a new shop and got fixed. I wish this shop told me hey sir we don’t have the tools here to program this etc. and install correct. But in the end they get paid and I get a car towed away. But I’m wrong huh? Because I brought in a part that you said you could install. let’s use some common sense here. If you knew it needed programmed would you have taken the job knowing car wouldn’t start? I mean if your an honest shop you wouldn’t sabotage a car right? So why did you take the job? You don’t take advantage of a customer as your suppose to be the professional right? Just very upsetting. I don’t have hard feelings but don’t appreciate this whole scenario. Wish you could have had a better answer you should have put car back the way it was since you couldn’t program etc. and to charge for a repair you couldn’t do. Come on. Programming is known by everyone else it seems. So if your argument is that I diagnosed it that’s weak. (Programming is part of Mercedes installation) I brought in a part because my old part I broke. Just wish you diddn’t accept job.

This shop is amazing, hands down!! Honest people with fair prices. That is hard to find these days. I have a very old Jeep that has been kept in great running condition, and have referred friends who also have had their cars and trucks well taken care of. My go to mechanic is Jeff, but the whole crew over there will not disappoint on the service they provide, and the owner Vince is great too. Highly recommend!!

I had taken my car in for a knocking noise in front when I turned . Turns out it was suspension. Arturo was awesome and gave me a ride home til my car was done. This is the only place I will allow to work on my car and feel comfortable with taking. My Car there. I totally trust this place . Vince you are awesome as well .

Came in for a simple tire fix. Extremely professional and friendly staff and owner. The shop is also astonishingly very clean. Great business & would trust them with my vehicle.

This place is Amazing! They were able to get us in right away.
Everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous in the whole process. Even when explaining what our cars needed, I never felt belittled or dumb, but was able to make an informed decision.
They didn't try to throw a bunch of unnecessary repairs at us, but cared about making sure we had a safe vehicle to drive.
I cannot express enough how great this shop is and I will keep going to them! :)
