Over the better part of twenty years, I have taken four of our cats to Paw Print (Whitey 2003, Ed 2008, Zion 2017 and Berric 2021). Our cats always come home with us from the vet, no matter the circumstances. Bringing them home for one last night with us is important to us. Paw Print allows us to be able to do that by being able to bring our pet directly to them for cremation. Each time, I received outstanding customer service and empathy. You can tell that they really care about what they do for those that come in that have lost their loyal companion(s) and friend(s). Most certainly recommend them for when that time comes. Also, really like being able to support a family business like this. If you have any hesitations, questions, etc., I highly urge you to reach out to them and they will answer everything for you.

My vet arranged for my cat's cremation. I received my Dante's ashes, a clipping of his fur, and a very nice 'base' urn just a week after he went to the bridge. I'm glad to have the base urn while I decide just the 'perfect' urn for him. Thank you again for taking such good care of my boy.

My cat, Dante, crossed the bridge last Friday and my vet arranged for cremation services through Paw Print. I received the ashes today, just one week later. I opted for VIP services and am very pleased with the standard urn as well as the small bag of my boy's fur. I just could not pick out a different urn at this time, but the base urn is more than a nice placeholder until I'm able to make that decision. The card also provided me comfort during a difficult time. Thank you again for your care during this difficult time.

I am seriously disappointed with the quality of my pets urn and the cremation certificate. The certificate looks like a child cut it out , it's completely uneven and my cats urn looks like a trash can. I paid over $400 and losing my cat was so agonizing and to have him come back looking like a marble trash can. I will never recommend these people to anyone, you're better off paying for another urn separately, on second thought go somewhere else.

I lost my precious 13yo tabby, Tigger Magoo, on May 18th to cancer. I made the difficult decision to put him down, since he was no longer able to do anything for himself. Tigger was euthanized at Carriage Animal Hospital in Lombard, and then brought here to be cremated. When Tigger's ashes were picked up at Carriage, I was in awe of the amazing job Paw Print Gardens had done. Paw Print Gardens brought happy tears to my eyes because not only did they provide a small container for his ashes, but they placed some of his fur into a mini baggy. A piece of me will always be missing, but I'll have a beautiful keepsake to remember him by. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It's never easy losing a pet. We lost our beloved Bandit and our vet uses Paw Print Gardens. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first baby. The paw print is so adorable and loved that they gave some of his fur back. The card in there was a very kind touch and we thank you so very much for taking care of our baby during this time.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. I recently lost my dog, faithful companion for 15 years on June 18th. I opted to go with his paw print in clay instead of receiving his ashes. I was not at all happy with the way it turned out. It looked very rushed and shoddy. It's hard enough losing a beloved pet, but seeing the quality of this piece broke my heart even more. The print was not centered, the pad of the foot is barely visible and since it was not centered and placed so high up on the clay circle, it cut off the indentation of his nails. I contacted them to complain and they offered to do another print from the original and center it correctly. They did not even address the other issues and that is what upset me the most. Sure, it could be re-centered, but those other issues I mentioned cannot be fixed! I responded to them, showed them a picture of the print so they could see what I was referring to, and have heard nothing back since. These are peoples precious memories that they are dealing with and I felt that it was not handled with sensivtivity, dignity or respect. Huge letdown.
