I wish I could give a negative review. Worst service department ever. Have a car 2 days. 90% of the issues they "can't recreate". One they said isn't covered even though this is a Ford certified vehicle with an extended warranty. The one issue they claimed they fixed after the 2 days reoccurred again 2 miles from the shop. Go back and magically they are closed and no one can do anything until Tomorrow. Don't go there EVER

Took my 2018 Escape here due to odd dirt/dust behind fuel gauge. Still under factory warranty. Was tough to see gauges in the dark when driving. Service dept told me previous owner cleaned clear plastic protecting gauge cluster with some kind of solvent and that caused "foggy: looking instrument cluster. Dealer refused to repair under Ford 36000/bumper to bumper warranty saying Ford refused to consider problem caused by manufacrurer. Horrible experience. Unfriendly! I looked at plastic using loupe and saw that it appeared to have dirt/dust behind clear plastic and could have only happened during manufacturing of the vehicle. Took Escape to Packey Webb Service Dept weeks later They totally agreed it was a manufacturer defect and non "previous owner used a solvent to clean plastic that protects gauge cluster. Never take a vehicle to Haggerty Ford again. It's close to home but it seems they are looking for reasons not to repair cars still under mfg warranty. Go to Packey Webb. Much friendlier and professional. I could go on and on about how Haggerty sucks but I'll spare you. Maybe sales better but service horrible!!!!!

Unsure where to start. My girlfriend recently purchased a certified vehicle from here. at first she was scared to do so because it was her first big purchase. however we have dealt with Eric Miranda in service before and we saw how he carried himself so we thought it would be good to buy from here to. she had many many question and Jack Emerson made the process painless and fun. they answered any and all questions she could come up with and still do. i would strongly suggest that you either buy a vehicle here or have your vehicle serviced here. GREAT PEOPLE.
