If I could give a negative 1000 stars if I could - worst vet on the planet! DO NOT bring your pet here ever! This animal hospital is unprofessional and completely lacks empathy and compassion. We brought my daughter’s dog in for help - he was very sick and it came on rapidly - this vet accused my daughter of being negligent (which she isn’t doggie had all his vaccines and has been treated before for a couple issues in the past - the only reason we chose this hospital is it was close and they had an opening and this was a true emergency) this vet yelled at and degraded my daughter as she is bawling her eyes out - this situation is hard enough as it is without this behavior - no compassion - honestly I think the vet is probably a narcissist. We left to go to our regular vet who has doggies’s records and knows he wasn’t mistreated or neglected - as I am driving away the sheriff shows up - I explained I have a dog who is actually dying right now I have to go he sent me on my way (to our normal vet 20 minutes away). Doggie made the drive but died naturally at the vet office before the shot was able to be given. I am sickened by Giller Animal Hospital - this vet didn’t ask questions just made assumptions and chastised my very sad and distraught daughter. I also filed a complaint with the BBB - I hope this animal hospital gets shut down and no pet parent has to deal with this behavior ever again: PS vet techs I’m not a fan of any of you either - stand up to a bad doctor and report his bad behavior!Follow up to my review - the doctor responded “it been reported to animal cruelty” Doctor the sentence should say “The incident has been reported to animal cruelty”. However there has not been cruelty in this case doggie got sick very rapidly and if you would have done your job with due diligence and asked questions and listened to your human patient you would have know a few things - this doggie was a rescue and since my daughter rescued him he had a lot of stomach issues - immediately upon rescuing him she took him to a vet for all vaccines and a thorough examination, he was put on special food. A few months ago he went to another very professional and caring vet who took blood and stool samples and prescribed him medication and he got better and was his same active self. This week he declined very rapidly - my daughter booked a vet appointment elsewhere for Tuesday - the vet called to reschedule to Wednesday due to the ice storm- however Wednesday morning he was in terrible shape - my daughter and husband called your practice because it was close and you had an opening. Not only did you accuse and yell at my distraught daughter - you didn’t bother doing an examination nor did you ask to see any of his records which she had on her phone. I spoke to the deputy today and when I speak to animal control I will also open a complaint on your negligence - you let your anger and inability to be challenged get in the way of proper treatment of the doggie patient and the human patient. SHAME on you - your behavior is disgusting and you should not be treating living beings. My complaint has been filed with BBB and I will also be filing a complaint to the veterinary board. Nobody deserves to be treated this way - I think you need training on Emotional Intelligence.

I was drawn in by their half off dental cleaning this month. I got my cat’s teeth cleaned and all went well! They called me the day before to remind me and then, day of, they gave me an update that she was doing well around the time they said she would. This is definitely a no-frills place from my experience, it was very in and out with not much chatter in between- but what more do you need? Fair prices and my cat seemed well cared for.

I would highly recommend Giller.My Greyhound ripped his dewclaw Saturday morning and my vet said they couldn't help so I found Giller and they said, bring him right over.Very helpful and friendly staff.I'll be using them from now on.

I can not say enough about Giller Animal Hospital, The type of care my Animals get here is above and beyond my expectations. I tell everyone that I know about them. Hope you give them a try, I'll love them as I do.
