I was in the neighborhood & needed a quick car wash, Great service, affordable! I like that they offer free air fresheners ( 3 different scents ) & dash board wipes I will definitely stop by again when I visit.

I have a brand new Subaru Outback with less than 3,000 miles, and my experience with EverClean Car Wash has been a complete disaster. After using their wash three times, I noticed that a portion of my bumper was pried off and there was a vertical dent on the hood, clearly caused by one of the vertical rollers getting caught on the bumper.
I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who assured me he would review the footage and get back to me within 1-2 weeks. After **months** of leaving messages, speaking with assistant managers, and chasing them down, I finally got a response. Conveniently, the cameras "weren't working" during my visit, and the manager, David, tried to claim the damage was caused by a rock — even though there were no scratches or chips to support this.
When I insisted on an in-person inspection, David shifted his story multiple times, offering ridiculous explanations like someone "set something" on the hood or leaned their elbow on it, causing the dent. None of this made any sense, especially since my car is brand new, has never been through another wash, and hasn't even had its first oil change.
After three months of wasted time and zero accountability, they refused to offer any compensation or help with the repairs. If you value your car, **do not** bring it here. They will damage it, deny responsibility, and leave you dealing with the aftermath. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I would have given them a 0 star review if I could!

Great car wash! Took my daughter here and one of the guys noticed her in her car seat. Before we went in he sprayed a smiley face on the side window for her and made her day! Now she asks to go to the car was with me to see her smiley face. This young man went above and beyond and because of him I will be purchasing a membership so I can keep taking my daughter back! Great job! And it doesn’t hurt you get free dash wipes and air fresheners every time you go! Great Carwash!

Dear Thomas Kim,
I hate to give a one-star rating, but this location has a defect that has been there since last year. The first spinning brush on the right takes my folded in mirror and throws it forward. The sensor or setting is allowing the spinning soft cloth to get too close to the car; which causes the cloth to bundle up around the mirror. The other side or any other cloth bundles in the car wash do not do it. I electrically fold my mirror back in, and no other clothes do it for the rest of the wash. I have watched other cars exit the wash with the same right mirror pulled forward. They workers are aware of the problem but claim the tech is unable to correct it. Two words: FIX IT!!! Find someone who knows what they are doing to fix it. Go to the manufacturer if you have to. Just fix it. I try not to go to this location, but it is near my work. I'm sure it is screwing up the gears on my auto fold feature. Why don't you fix this? I watched cars come out for 10 minutes on my lunch, and almost every car came out with the right mirror thrown forward. See pics. Owner, Thomas Kim: Please respond....
UPDATE: No response and company not fixing bad sensor/adjustment on first right brush....membership cancelled. Went accross the street to Wett Wash were the owner is there to handle any possible issues. And my mirrors stay folded in there...because his sensors work!

Just cancelled my membership after several years.
Short story - damaged my vehicle, waited weeks for the manager to respond, I was told it was highly unlikely, followed up by "unfortunately our cameras were down" and there's nothing to be done. Convenient timing and unbelievably poor member service.
Long story - Nearly 3 weeks ago I heard a bang while getting a wash and due to my lack of sleep from working at 4am I naively assumed something in my trunk fell over. Later on that week I noticed a dent above my rear* passenger door. I filed an incident report and waited.
I waited for nearly 2.5 weeks before I finally got in touch with the manager, David. I called him twice with no response - leaving messages both times. I reached out to the store once more and employee said they would text him again to see what was taking so long.
After finally meeting with him today he inspected the damage on the car and proceeded to show me the inside of the wash and how things operate. Of course they're not designed to damage vehicles, so I told him I understand how it works, but your employee told me over the phone you have cameras at the entrance, the exit, and throughout the inside of the wash.
Apparently the cameras, conveniently, don't work during periods of times where there's an incident. I was told due to location it's "highly unlikely" it could have been caused by them but because somehow none of their cameras were operational that day I can't prove it happened.
I asked for a regional or corporate manager's phone number and David declined to offer one. I can't express how disappointing of an experience this was.

Wow, if your going to complain about a customer, at least make sure they can't hear you. Asking what wash will remove sap from your car doesn't seem like a unusual question at a car wash, but for this teen it must be. This use to be a place we would get our cars washed, not any more. Very unprofessional with a childish demeanor.
