I was sent to Christian Brothers via word of mouth. Although pretty friendly and helped me remove the headlight bulb quickly I was very drawn back by the $100 dollars they wanted to charge to install a headlight that takes 1 minute. Jason didn’t tell me how much the service was until I had to ask after he already ordered it. I told him that was a lot for install and you could sense his frustration and he told me I can just buy the Bulb so I did. He also had to repeatedly tell me how difficult it was and the expertise behind it and bash competitors that actually sent me here in the first place and talked great things about them. It took me one minute to complete this task. The two stars are for the terrible price, ok customer service, and not so Christian tactics.

Truly incredible experience from start to finish; very professional and informative over the phone, very friendly staff in at the office and really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. Can’t recommend enough; thanks to Jason and his great team!

Totally ethical and unbelievable service!
Spoke to Dan on the phone and agreed to bring my car in. They have a beautiful waiting area and they drove me back home in their courtesy car. They provided a very detailed inspection although they could not find the issue they were honest and professional.

Joe Riscossa & the staff analytically trouble shot the company truck & found a weird fault they & we never heard of. Once found the truck was repaired within 24 hours. Thx All!

Clear explanation and professional service. The shop is clean and tidy. They have dealer-level technology and completed a complex repair on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They gave a price in advance and honored that price. The work was finished on time and budget.Service: Engine repair

Completed a pre purchase check on a vehicle I was looking to buy at Christian brothers today. They had been very detailed and being very patiently explain all the details with detailed images and able to identify all potential issues I may come across with the vehicle in a reasonable manner. Service was also reasonable at $129+taxes. Keep up the great work!!

You looked at the whole car. Explained what was going on with photos and advised on what what necessary. You followed up with me to see how things were going and you helped with instalation pricing reduction when another unexpected problem popped up. These guys helped out my friend, whose car wouldn’t start in the planet fitness parking lot. They went above and beyond with their service. 10/10 would recommend. Great guys.
