So I recommend this auto repair shop, the staff helped me because my tire was leaking air. They charged me a cheap price and they stayed after hours to make sure it was fixed. I appreciate the hospitality, as well as the quick work. Was in and out in a flash!

This is the best car shop I’ve been in. I’ve had transmisión problems that no one else could fix and they fixed it and replaced it. The service was great, everyone was very kind and to the point. The price wasn’t too bad compared to what other shops were charging me to not even fix my problem. I loved it here and I will be coming back and referring my friends here for their car troubles.

I want to give a shout out to Jose and his team. I noticed I had a flat tire at work and his business was right down the street. He set me up with a used tire that looks brand new at a good price and got me in and out. I highly recommend using Chihuahua auto repair and will be referring friends and family to him.

So Jose you are saying you did the best you could do to fix my window but you still charged me for a mis diagnosis on your end I should pay $289 for a motor which was probably not bad and laborer cost. Is that what you are telling me? Plus I did spend close to $2,000 I brought my wifes infinity in about 2 months ago and you did the front and rear brakes that was around $800 plus tax my $945 correct me if Im wrong plus taxes is around $2,000. I paid you to fix my window you did not so you should not charge me for a mis diagnosis. If you don't do electric then why did you attempt to fix my window? Last time I checked windows are electric especially if there is a motor don't you think. The right thing to do as a business owner is to refund what you didn't fix which is the $289 labor and tax. If you couldn't do the job or had a doubt you could not do it then tell me you don't work on electric. Everything else you did works fine except for the window. So wouldn't you agree you didn't fix it?

I had some work done here my brakes and my window wouldn’t go up. He fixed my brakes and ordered a motor for my window. When i sent to pick up the truck window wasn’t working so he ordered the switch for the window. So I get a bill for $945 which is fine he did fix my brakes but the window I went back for and they changed the switch and window still is not working. Told me to go to the dealer they did what they could do. So now I paying payments on $945 and window still doesn’t work. At least take the price of the motor and laborer off my window still is not working after paying. $289 for motor plus laborer. Terrible business practice at least deduct what you didn't fix. I will never come back here again we spent within 2 months around $2,000 here and will never go back. Good luck I highly don’t recommend the finance company Acima is terrible too they are useless.

Very friendly staff, I’ve come in the past for tire repair and they did not disappoint, brining a new car over to get new rubbers was affordable. They also let me get a look under the car which was very appreciated, as well as inform me what was wrong with the car.

I've been coming here for years to get work done. Never had any issues until recently; new owner Jose is very rude. Just a week ago, I called to ask if my car could be checked and as I tried explaining what was wrong, he told me to tell him when I got there and hung up on me. A few months ago, my fiance got some work done and was told by an employee he would be able to pay with credit card and we even agreed to pay the service fee they charge to use a card. A couple hours later, was speaking to the owner and was told he would not be able to pay with credit card as the "machine was down". This had happened multiple times we tried to pay for services and had to run and go pull out cash instead. Not sure why card is even offered if the machine is always down. My fiance also had brought in 4 tires to be replaced on his car and was never asked if he wanted to keep the old ones. Tried to at least keep the rims and managed to talk to an emoloyee who assured us he would save them for us. Only to later call and be told by the owner that his shop "wasnt a storage place" and that he got rid of them. The work done here is fine but the customer service needs work. Will be finding elsewhere to go from now on.

Can always count on Chihuahua. Have used them several times for tire repair/replacement. Very friendly, great service and have always been able to just come right in.

I showed up 10 minutes before close with two aftermarket wheels with low profile tires that needed to be mounted. The guys at Chihuahua Auto Repair were very kind and accomodating especially considering how close I showed up to closing time. They got the tires mounted and balanced without scratching up the new wheels. It was my third time using them for various car needs. I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!
This place deserves 0 stars instead of 1. Customer service is so awful that you can’t even communicate with the person on the phone. He probably thinks that he is allowed be rude over the phone. But this kind of business won’t last thanks to reviews here.
