I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X5M Competition from Chicago Motor Cars and it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My sales associate was Peter and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Anytime I had a question he was quick to answer it and if I sent him a text with other questions, he would always respond right away and never tried applying pressure or cheesy car salesman type tactics. He’s clearly a car enthusiast which makes the process that much nicer. They were also able to give me a fair price on my trade-in and that was also appreciated. On the financing side, I dealt with Sammy, who was also fantastic to work with. He took his time to explain everything, answered all my questions and made the process seamless and painless so thank you, Sammy! Without question, I would buy another car from these guys, thanks for all your work Peter!

Bought a Jeep Rubicon 392 a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. It was everything that they promised. I live in Pa. and they shipped it out quickly and safely to my home. Salesman was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Won’t hesitate to buy another vehicle.

I made the mistake of purchasing a 2015 Maserati GT from Eric Gaudi site unseen. I purchased the car after Eric had sent me some pictures and videos of the car, he also had stated several times that this car was in VERY good condition and even said "you will not find one in nicer condition". I had stated my concerns of buying this vehicle without seeing it many times and had asked that any flaws be pointed out to me before hand. Its a used car I didn't expect it to be perfect but upon arrival I quickly noticed many issues. The front bumper had so many rock chips in it that it has to be totally repainted and cant just be touched up, there are over a dozen rock chips in the windshield, and the most pressing issue is that an entire corner panel of this vehicle has been repainted and does not match the original color of the car as well as the clear coating was peeling off. This vehicle has most likely been in an accident and that was not disclosed to me. Unfortunately it is very hard to see these things on photos and videos which is why I was relying on Eric to be truthful with me. This company deals in very high end cars there is absolutely no way this was not a known problem, this is very deceitful to sell a car in this condition. I would be extremely cautious buying a car from this company and from Eric without doing a very thorough in person inspection. The company is ignoring my requests for reimbursement on these issues at this time but we are pursuing further action.

I had an excellent transaction with CMC because of the excellent service and help of salesman Mike Salerno. From beginning to end he was in contact with me and other vendors (PPI, minor service, detail, transport) as well as handling the details of title and a temporary license tag. The vendors he recommended were top-notch, very competitively priced as well as being experts in their respective fields.
Mike is a real car enthusiast, and this enthusiasm for special automobiles fuels his prodigious product knowledge and friendly zeal for his customers' car goals. I hope to do further business with Mike and CMC.

If you respect yourself and don't want to be insulted, then avoid this place. I came here to buy a car that I found on the Internet in this salon. When I went to the salon with a friend, I was met by (the owner or the staff) he did not introduce himself to me. I asked about the car I chose and the price I would get at the exit, the price turned out to be more expensive than the carfax market by about 2k. When I asked why so?, I immediately heard insults in my direction and the explanation that he wanted to spit on the carfax market and on buyers who know something about the price market. And he will set the prices he wants, and he does not care about the opinion of buyers and tolerance towards the latter. When I left, he followed me and laughed brazenly without hiding his disdain for the client. I would have liked minus one, but unfortunately there is no such rating. Are you telling me that you don't have a client with that name?). Of course not, as I refused to be your client with such an approach to clients. And if you don't understand why, read my review again and more carefully. And for possible future customers, be careful here, they don't even admit their faults and behave just as brazenly in the chat as you can see, unfortunately.

Do not buy from this place. They sold me a Cadillac that has multiple problems. The deal was made online. They shipped the cat to me, which was a long wait. Drove the car a mile down the road the day I received it, and it overheated! I had to wait a week to get the car looked at by my mechanic to find out the turbo wasn’t working, transmission line leaks, no coolant because of a coolant leak, and a few other things. They offered to pay for the repairs, but i have to pay to ship it back to them and if i want cancel the transaction on a broken car, i have to pay a 20% restock fee. Can i get a lawyer for this? Also, i was told that it must’ve been stuff that their mechanic missed. So now i’m supposed to trust you to fix the problems that the car has? And the car has rust under the paint which is probably why i was charged $1500 for a paint package.

I was working with Jesus. I started this process yesterday and followed back up with him today. He still had not gotten numbers for my trades. I understand it is the month's end and a lot is going on but they offered me $10,000 below what my vehicles are worth at average trade-in value according to JD Power. Jesus told me that he didn't want to waste my time or his. In my eyes, that statement says it all. They do not care about their customers all they care about is their dollars and not forging a relationship for future business. Also, the Sales Manager was unpleasant to deal with. I would name him but he never introduced himself. Instead of defusing the situation he doubled up. They wouldn't even hear me out to try and make a deal. It is their way or the highway. Go buy elsewhere, which is what I will be doing.
