“I recently rented a car from this Enterprise. A silver rogue to be specific. The car itself was clean when I got it and in good condition. I was more impressed with the staff. The process of renting a car through insurance can sometimes be a headache because there are so many people involved, but I had a very good experience renting here. Nick the manager was always professional and I could tell he treated his employees well because they were always in a pleasant mood. The first person I interacted with Nathaly was a joy to work with. She really made certain that all my concerns were addressed and everything was taken care of. Nadia and Sandy, although I briefly interacted with them, were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this place when renting a car because they removed the STRESS from a stressful situation. 10/10.”

When my car was done, dropped rental at auto shop. Never even went to enterprise office. Good customer service. Mark H.”
“I travel for a living and it's hard to find reliable rental car locations that never let me down. I can say with absolute confidence that this is the greatest Avis I've ever been to -- and I now rent here weekly for work. Joffrey goes WAY above and beyond to accommodate customers... undoubtedly one of the hardest working people I've ever encountered. This Avis location has a great fleet of cars; very well taken care of. Other Avis spots have ripped me off or dropped the ball on quality, but Joffrey keeps it transparent, honest and you can tell he genuinely values his customers. This is one of the FEW locations that actually has a local human answer the phone, instead of being sent to a call center overseas or to a corporate hotline.
*I am looking at these old reviews (presumably before he took over) and was surprised to see the Karen complaints. Maybe these people don't fully understand how rental car companies operate. I dunno. But you won't regret renting here, I'll guarantee you that.”

He was responsive and the vehicle i received was exactly what i booked a large SUV AWD (Suburban). His team that checked me in were also very polite and happy. They kept things very simple and easy - everything from booking, pickup and drop off. Thank you for making the travel logistics of my vacation painless.”

“Great service when I needed help in a pinch. Check-in was great, and Jonathon gave me his card in case I needed help when I had little margin for error. His car says Trainee but he was a pro. My return team on Monday was also great, including a smart intern. This experience made me want to go exclusively Enterprise for rentals.”

Cars are always clean and ready to go at time of pickup. Forget an Item in the cat at return, they have always called me to let me know and hang on to it till I can get back to them to pick it up.”

“Ketan was at the counter when I rented the car and returned it. Car was ready when we got there and it was clean. Ketan took the time to explain terms and conditions for gas, tolls and anything else that applies. This was one of the best car renting experience. I highly recommend this location.”
“Eddie is amazing and the rest of the staff has been amazing help. What people don’t understand is that the car rental industry is extremely volatile and there are no guarantees, but workers do what they can with what they have. It just so happens that this location has more than enough to supply great customer satisfaction!!!”
