We worked with Brian's for years in our townhome and received great service through them. When we purchased a single family home earlier this year and the AC went out, Brian's was our first call. Our usual tech came out, checked everything for us and sold us an AC and furnace with dual zone heating/cooling as well as a quote to fix a few other things that were wrong with the ducting. All was great, until the installation. The usual tech we had worked with for years had left the company, and they used a subcontractor to do the installation. The experience was terrible. First, they installed a broken ionizer (never worked). They also had no idea how to do the dual zone ducting. Eventually they resorted to cutting a hole in our bedroom wall, and even then we discovered it still did not work. We called the company to have someone come back out to fix it and set up a time, and no one showed up. We called again, set up a new time, another no show. Finally, the third time, the exact same subcontractor finally showed up, took 20 minutes, said it was fixed. Why you would send the same person who did not know how to install it in the first place is a mystery to me, but fine. It was not fixed. We ended up having another company come out to fix it. When he came out, he found out the ionizer was not working either and there were several other issues.
I was going to just let it go and never use this company again, but then last week we were having our insulation in the basement replaced, and the installer found out that our dryer connection (which was something we had on our list with Brian's to be re-ducted), was not actually connected to the outside. The installer had not had a long enough duct apparently, so he quite literally just left it hanging and COVERED IT with the insulation we had. Not only is this terrible workmanship, it is also dangerous as we had all of our dryer discharge just blowing right into our insulation. Had we not had our insulation replaced, we may never have noticed it and the heat plus lint build up could have created a very dangerous situation.
All in all, a terrible experience. Hopefully they are no longer using that subcontractor because prior to this, they really were a nice company to work with.

Brian's HVAC has been servicing our car wash since we opened 4 years ago. The staff has been very attentive to our needs in providing prompt service and good communication. We look forward to our continued business relationship.

Fernando was great. Guided us Boomers thru how to set thermostat schedule. He also cleaned the interior of our AC unit because we had power washed the patio and we didn’t realize that all the dust and dirt was flying into the grill of our new unit!! ? Fernando is very easy-going and nice and polite young man.

Fernando came out to my house and displayed great customer service skills. He educated my wife and I on proper maintenance of my AC unit and furnace. He took time to make sure that we felt comfortable before he left.
He also sign my residence up for a twice a year maintenance program. Overall great customer service skills.

Our technician Fernando was awesome! We've had SEVERAL other companies come out to our home to fix our AC and they have never fully fixed the issue. Fernando found a different issue with our system, versus the other guys, and FIXED the AC. Wish I had of called this company last year!!!! 5 stars in my book!

Three part review:
1) Fernando is amazing. Very thorough in finding the issue with our Mitsubishi AC units. He made sure everything was running correctly and waited a little bit extra to make sure it was working 100% correctly.
2) Brian's team is not like other company's that will take your money and run. Every service tech always takes their time and is thorough, calling Brian is they want to check something or need some guidance - which is amazing to admit. I much prefer someone double checking an answer over someone just doing what they feel is correct bc that's how they have always done it. If there is an issue with a service tech, let Brian or Miguel know and they'll fix the issue.
3) We had Brian come out a couple years ago to give us quotes on installing AC throughout the house (prior owners only had window units). He gave us several options, explained benefits of each in great detail, and for a prices that were similar to others but based on conversations I knew I could trust him and his company. No machine is perfect, and when ours took its hits, Brian was always there for his tech guys helping them out when needed. He is super knowledgeable.
4) Miguel is amazing. We've worked with him many times on the project of installing the AC units. He is very professional, very knowledgeable on Mitsubishi units, and always able to find a solution to the little things that come up. Miguel always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and they they job is done correctly.
Long story short, trust these guys. Small things always happen with machines, but these guys work as a team and will find an answer for a reasonable price.

Manny did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioner. He called to let us know when he would arrive. He was efficient thorough and knowledgeable. Please have him scheduled for us next year!

Manny was excellent. Was at my house at the time scheduled. Services requested were furnace cleaning, AC check and dryer vent cleaned. Manny explained each process and was extremely professional. All the techs at Brian’s are trained this way and it is very much appreciated.
