“I had a very positive experience today at BatteriesPlus in Glen Ellyn. I was desperate for an iPhone battery. The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. He even offered to stay late to complete the job if needed. I am completely impressed with this store, and especially the amazing staff at the Glen Ellyn location. Highly recommend…!!!”

“I lost my keys - including my fob for my vehicle & they are very expensive to replace!I called to see if Batteries Plus even sold fobs. Compared to the local car dealership, I saved $110 by purchasing an. ‘After market’ key fob - that works just as good - it just doesn’t have the car emblem on it. It’s even manufactured at the same facility as the brand name ones! If they wouldn’t have offered an alternate, I would not have known it was a possibility - just great customer service!”

My motorcycle died on me today and I had to walk to the parts store so I made the mistake of trying the competitor across the street- long story short, big mistake and they couldn’t even help me cross reference a battery (turns out they had the right battery in stock too, they just didn’t know it).
As soon as I realized O’Reilly was across the street I stopped in. George (he mentioned he normally works at a different location) was amazing. He was friendly, eager to help, he knew is stuff and he found my battery in 2 minutes, even offered me a ride if I needed help. Battery was the perfect match and when I returned the core I could tell they were so happy to have gotten me going.
It’s rare to experience this type of quality customer service anywhere in 2024 and I hope somebody hooks George up with a raise or promotion or something. He’s a real one!”
“O'Reilly's customer service is very good, they greet you right away, ask if you need any help, and then follow through. Parts that I have bought there have been of good quality, and the prices are in line with other parts stores.”
“Had a bad alternator still under warrenty, the guys really went the distance and helped me track down my reciept and then they gave me copy of the reciept made sure my new number was saved and replaced my alternator. The managers are great at what they do. I'll def shop there again. Thx again guys. HNY!”
