“Just got back from an oil change. I had made an appointment, although I was unclear if I would need to leave the car there for a few hours or if the service could be done while I waited. When I got there, the guy I spoke with told me it would be a couple hours, did I have someone who could pick me up? I said yes, possibly, but the circumstances might make it a bit difficult, and he stopped me when I explained what those circumstances were and told me not to worry about it, take a seat, they'd have it done right away.
Everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional, they treated me super well, and charged me less than other places I've been for the same service. 5/5 stars, I will be coming here as long as I'm in the area and have a car that needs service!”

“There are very few places that still run like this shop. Dwayne had my account pulled up based on my license plate. Attended to my needs immediately without any fuss. They even gave me a loaner car at no extra cost. My car was in and out in under 4 hours. The other places in the county were to busy to take a “Quick Look”, or just assess the issue. This is the type of place that pays attention to details for instance they changed the battery on my key fob. It’s no wonder they have been in business for 42 years. Lou was super respectful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. No high-pressure sales. Dealer is a little bit farther away but I will definitely be returning for any warranty or service work. Also, I showed them what I was preapproved for through my bank, and they even beat that rate so I would finance through them. So we both won.”

“I have to say if 6- stars were possible, they would get 6. As most everyone posts bad stuff and rarely anyone posts anything good. Here we go.. I have been taking my diesel motor homes to Deutsch's since 2001. As the older one was and the newer one is 40' and are pusher's where the engine is located under the bed in the back (I disassemble the floor and I put it back it for them) and at times you have to be a contortion to work on these. I belong to a few motor home groups and on those groups most everyone complains that they can't locate anyone to service their rig, because it is a motor home...The present and past motor homes are on Fleetwood Chassis and I was forced to take each to a Fleetwood dealer during the warranty period and was treated like dirt at any Fleetwood repair place. Don and his team are really good. The place is always busy and they always have taken care of everything either coach has ever needed. They have earned my trust over the years. Like I said, 6- stars”

“While picking up my camper at at storage facility close to VJS, I found that the pin lock on my hitch would not work with the key and it I needed it removed to continue with my camping trip, after 5:00 when all mechanics where closed except John. He got it off no prob, a life saver. While not an acutal auto repair, he did not charge me for the small amount, I wanted to thank him again.”
