The manager inside AT&T was very rude. when I went to attempt to update my son's phone and my wife's phone I simply received poor service. not only when I asked about billing and taxes. She says I don't work for billing when I ask more information about the phone specifics and the cost. She seemed to get frustrated as I was not knowledgeable about the difference between online and in store. I understand online had a specific promotion and when I mentioned it to her, she simply said. Well, I'm not online. I attempted to go look up the promotion myself and said Give me one moment and she said excuse me, and i said i didnt feel that she was being helpful so i was looking it up myself. She then just gave an attitude from there on. I stood up and said this is very poor service. I am in sales myself and never have I met anyone that would be so rude to an individual trying to make purchases. I also mentioned to ask for a manager well. This was the manager. I asked for the district manager's contact information. And was told that cannot be given to me and that she would take my information down and provide it to them. which we know that would never happen. I then asked to speak with the other representative and was willing to wait for the other representative because I refuse to receive rude service from someone that is supposed to be management. She advised me that she will not allow him to assist me. So I left and went down to the nearest AT&T AT BLOOMINGDALE location. They were way busier, but even with the busyness, they not only helped me but provided feedback as they have had multiple customers go to them due to the terrible service at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone and would hope to get a responce to this. The manager should lead by example and be the face of the organization. I was shocked at the way i was treated at this location.

The other day I came in to not only to trade my phone - but switch my carrier. I was sort of nervous because I’ve never really done this but one of your employees, Charlene, made sure to take care of everything! She educated me on devices, what incentives AT&T has to offer, and the latest tech features! Charlene was also patient and sweet. She truly made me have a pleasant experience.
