  worst customer service experience as well as terrible internet connection. I call customer service to ask about moving my service since I was moving apartments - got 4 diff answers from 4 agents. they also increased costs without prior notification. my studio is 500sq ft and when I go to the bathroom or kitchen the internet... read full comment

  Going on day 4 of outage with no eta as to when they will have their services up. Their customer support line just keeps saying that the outage will be resolved by a certain time, then gets pushed back again, about to hit day 5 of outage... No explanation on what’s going on either.

  Unacceptable service, no show 2 apts and no reason provided per their policy, no return call from dispatch as promised, 6 days outages I would not recommend this company.
