He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. “After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Immense collection of kitchen accessories, appliances, household stuff, outdoor accessories furniture, building materials, and so on. Basically, any little/bug item you may think of will be available here.
Sometime back, I purchased Vinyl floor planks from here. We were not very sure which ones to get, so we approached one of the associates who assisted us with our query.
But my most recent visit here was exclusively for plant shopping. Spring is here and we need more plants both indoors/outdoors. I like their plant collection, most of the plants I've purchased turned out to be good. But I’d still say to use your judgment before buying.
The self-checkout section is a real-time saver, no need to wait in lines. I simply use the self-checkout whenever possible.
Plenty of parking most of the time, no matter what time of the day I visit this location.”
“The Home Depot in Bloomingdale is far better than the Home Depot in Carol Stream.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”

Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”

BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”
