Great products. I really like this risotto combinations. If purchasing online through their website, BUYER BEWARE. Roughly 60% price increase on their website opposed to third party sources for the same product. I realized this after I received my shipment of a “6 pack-quad sleeve.” I figured it was a quad pack, of 6 in each. Well I got a total of 6. Not 24. The return process has been a nightmare. I called the return department where I was given an address to send it back to. After sending the box back I realized this was different than all other returns for online purchases I have ever done. No email confirmation or anything. Luckily I left the packing label in the box so the returns department could identify that shipment as mine. I called their departure twice within the four weeks after the package arrived at their facility, where I was informed the return department is slow and to please wait “2 weeks.” It’s now 5 weeks since they received the return and I have not received my refund. Woodland Foods say it was credited back in November but neither myself or my bank has seen this money. Not pending either. This has been a very unpleasant situation.

Ordered 5 days ago, still not shipped. One person said an item is out of stock, another person said they do have it in stock. I cannot get a refund or the itmes and the manager David Moore has a busy signal. Maybe they are going out of business and trying to make some money first. Website says orders ship within 24 hours. It has been 5 days. But I guess I'm being an unreasonable Karen. I guess They will keep the food and my money. I learned my lesson, will never order online again.
