The retail store is standard walgreens. The pharmacy however, is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The new normal here is waiting a week for a script to be filled. Don't fill scripts here if you have any need to stay on a regular med schedule.

They keep put me on hold. I just wanted to know if my oder from my doctor was ready for pick up. I was on hold for 15 minutes and no reply or call back

Went in to buy something listed in stock on the website. Got there it was way more expensive then the website. Showed the girl it was on the website available for pickup in store at the advertised price. She said. "We don't do that here. We don't price match" I said it's your stores website availability is in your store. She shrugs her shoulders. ridiculous. I'll go to. Cvs down the road.

Bought some protein and eye drops. Then I try to use the restroom before getting back on the road, locked. So I had to ask the grumpy cashier babysitter to let me in the bathroom. I'll bet the Walgreens In the white neighborhoods aren't locked. CVS will now be my pharmacy of choice

My son has allergy to red dye and I was told by pharmacist and the clerk that his medicine did not have red dye. My son had a reaction! I would be very nervous to ever use this pharmacy again.

If you can pick another pharmacy PLEASE DO..!!!! My doctor sent in a prescription two days before I walked in for pickup. I called on day 1 to ask if it was ready. Turns out it wasn’t filed due to it being over the counter. I explained clear as day that It’s cheaper via insurance and id like to get it fill. I walked in a whole 48hrs after that call for pickup and they had the audacity to say 30mins wait because my prescription was not ready. I WAITED these 30mins just to find out my vitamins where out of stock. Communication sucks , the people who work in the pharmacy have an attitude. It’s very unorganized. Please do not waste tour time.

The pharmacy is a complete joke. The people working at this location have no common sense whatsoever and are rude as hell. Had to call to cancel prescriptions and went elsewhere for them because of the incompetence of these people. Why does it always take over 45 minutes to get a prescription? I e seen buffalos move faster than these heifers. Avoid this store at all costs

Just changed my preferred pharmacy with my doctor's offices because of the very poor service I've been receiving from this pharmacy. Two weeks ago we couldn't pick up Rx from the hospital because the pharmacy was "temporarily closed" and not from a meal break. Last week I waited two times in the drive thru to pick up an Rx only to be ignored for 15 minutes both times. No one acknowledged that I was there. No one answered the buzzer. Just ignored. Will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest to my home. I'm done with them.

Pharmacy: needs to reopen the Rx Drop off window again. Why was it taken away . I had to wait after 7 customers before I could turn in my prescription. I have shortness of breath because of asthma.Add more people to help after a Holiday. SMH… no efficiency in your planning.
