I dropped off a prescription. There was a call over the intercom of a prescription being ready without a name, but it had been enough time, and it actually turned out to be mine. I waited through the line again. I answered who I was and my address. Next came the 20 questions game. I was asked if it was an antibiotic 6 or more times. I said yes each time. Then I was asked if I wanted the prescription. (Was I being goaded?) I wouldn't have gone there otherwise. I was asked that question and answered it over and over and over, like it was a game. Finally, I said loudly, "If course I want my prescription, that's what I came here for!" She told me she wasn't able to hear me before. I told her, then she should have said that. I felt like she was holding a prescription that insurance had paid for, wasn't going to give it to me, and thought I didn't want it. The strangest things happen to me. Why would I waste my time having it filled if I didn't want it. I gave 3 stars because the pharmacy is usually better than that.
