This Walgreens is the worst. Today I went to pick up a prescription using the drive through, after waiting on a long line and having paid for my prescription I was told by the person who took care of me that the prescription wouldn’t fit inside the tube, he made me go inside to pick it up. When I picked it up I noticed that it would have fit in the tube, I asked the person not to make people go inside to pick up prescriptions when they don’t have to, he replied he tried many times to fit it inside but couldn’t. I went around and with ease I placed the package in the tube and showed it to him. His reply was talk to my manager, she will be here on Monday. They just don’t care, customer service is nonexistent in that place.

That pharmacy is terrible, they do not have adequate staff in the pharmacy area. I lose my prescriptions because of the indifference they have and the pharmacy area is always closed and they don't have the medications. How is a pharmacy like this open so many patients needing medications?

6 cars in the drive through lane, 20 people standing in line for 1 register up front, and 15 people in line for the pharmacy! I get they are 24 hours here but hire some staff! I See 3 I See 3!!!

This is the pharmacy in Waukegan with the worst customer service I know, even though I changed my medications to another pharmacy a little further from my house but with better customer service and I have had to return from time to time for vaccines, to my children and family because of the availability they have for appointments but you arrive and the people at the pharmacy and the cashiers at the entrance seem to always do their job in a bad way, they should send almost everyone to a customer service course because the The majority in that pharmacy give terrible service doing what they are paid to do. That's why I give it 1 star because I can't give them half a star???

HORRIBLE, the customer service is pretty bad, the employees really don’t care!!! Placed a curbside order late during the night since they’re a 24 hour store. I never got an email telling me my order was ready so I showed up to the store to ask. The cashier told me they can’t complete orders until 8:00am. They couldn’t complete my order in six hours??? I ended up just giving up on a curbside and bought the items in the store and it costs me 13 more dollars than the online cost!!!

I called to see if my prescription was ready and was told I had already picked it up. They said they would check the cameras to see who picked it up since I knew I couldn’t have been there at the time they said I was there. I was finally told it was their mistake and to pick it up. When I showed up, I was again told I had picked them up already. I then had to talk to somebody else who finally fixed it.Ended up switching to a different pharmacy.

Pathetic service. The pharmacy staff were arrogant. We had the appointment at 7:30pm and confirmed over the phone twice before visiting. We reached the pharmacy at 7:25pm and asked to wait for 30mins as Pharmacist is on break. At 8pm, Pharmacist came in and said that they are out of stock. Never had such experience with Walgreen. Either this location has to be closed out or whole staff need to be changed.

Wow! I understand that so many places are understaffed but that doesn’t mean that people should be rude or not want to “do their job.” Trying to get assistance from the pharmacy department about a medication shouldn’t be an issue, at least you would think it shouldn’t. Everyone there gives a different answer. No one can give you accurate information. Calls are just left on hold. What a disappointment. I’m willing to help figure things out if I could get some guidance but all I get is “I don’t know.” What do you know Walgreens pharmacy team?

I wanted to share a positive experience my child and I had with Mable at the pharmacy this week. We both made vaccine appointments. The wait time at the pharmacy was over 40 minutes, however once Mable greeted us and started the procedure, it couldn't have been more pleasant. She took the time to talk to my child, walk her through everything, and kept such an upbeat demeanor that made the whole thing go so smooothly. I am very appreciative of her taking the time to make my child and I comfortable, even though the pharmacy was very busy and hectic.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I've even had to deal with. I did my refill online. No response, arrived 5 days later to pick it up. Waited just over 30 minutes in line, only to have them look confused and was told to wait another 10 minutes so they could fill my prescription. I guess 5 days wasn't long enough notice for them. Only use this place if you have no other option,and bring a book for the the consent long wait times.

Everything about this store horrible. Short stuff an every department. The worst place to shop every stock. Waited 5 days for my prescription to be filled. Every time I go there for Photos something always broken. Store needs to be closed down. Let not talk about the number of customers that walks out without paying for they items. NO REAL SECURITY THERE AND IF THAT STORE STAY OPEN THEY NEED IT.
