Went in at 10am and the rude white bald guy behind the counter had an attitude. Asked for tape and gave me one with barely anything on it. got back in line and asked how much for shipment. He didn't say a WORD but was pleasant with others of a lighter complexion.. he may been prejudice or just been having a bad morning idk ... but do better... if you don't want to work, QUIT.

I haven't seen a terrible post office anywhere yet, they sent the mail, I received it and they issued me an invoice for payment, but when they sent the parcel, she did not say anything to him, but the bill came to me, I do not advise him to go there, they do not want to work through????????????

I want to share the worst experience, in this establishment, the workers do not accept boxes that are larger than usual, send to FedEx or UPS, although in terms of the size of USPS companies, my box is suitable, the most they can do is send small links, everything that is larger than usual they do not accept and do not want to accept

Unlike systemDoes not have the question nor the problem that I have. I am not able to contact anybody this is frustrating. Cause of a default issue in the system. My package is going to be delivered to somebody else's address and I don't know how to stop it.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. Prices vary depending on what time you come in apparently and who you have as a clerk. Just a terrible location. Save your patience and do not go here. Trash

USPS is a waste of federal money. Horrible service and a bunch of entitled workers that just push the envelope everyday. Honestly they should should eliminate this from the federal books and leave it to companies who actually want to grow a as business we might actually get a quality service.

I hardly ever ship things so I came into the situation quite confused. Tanisha saw that confusion and asked me if I had a question. I've worked in customer service so I always try to figure things out without bothering others. It was nice to feel seen. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience!

There was a long line, Tanisha came from her break and got everyone in and out within 5 minutes! Great customer service, very polite and answered all my questions without any issues. She needs a raise!
