“Stopped in to pick up some boxes. All were neatly stacked for easy access. Staff friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I like how they have a place to return used boxes for others. Great price on the boxes too.”
“I was so very pleased,the people were very friendly and came right up to me as soon as I came thru the door and asked what the problem is and I told them and that Immediately got me in and fixed me up. I was there for maybe a total of 30 minutes and that was pretty much them fixing my marker light on my trailer. Definitely recommend!”

“Waukegan U-Haul on Lewis Ave is the place to use if you’re needing this service. They are the nicest people and understanding. I had to extend my 2 rentals without notice and they didn’t even bat an eye just so kind about it. Moves are stressful but the people (all of them) were just wonderful. Oh and the vehicles were clean”
