Horrible service 2 Rude Ghetto girls behind the counter gossiping about another emoyee & extremely rude to customers.I guess good help is extremely hard to find. They don't deserve my business until they have better help & employees who appreciate their customers and their job.

This is a nice place most of the time but it gets busy a lot they sell more then most gas stations in the area it's a war between speedway and Thorntons in price. Here it cheaper some times u have to look around to fine the cheapest one lol

So disappointing that this gas stations employees can't care about this place they work at. Dirty floors, and excuse after excuse as to why they can't refill the cold coffee machine! It's the excuse of we run out so fast, don't know how to change the bag, or we are waiting for the order. Funny how one employee found 3 refill bags in back a few weeks back. You never know which of the 3 registers to go to until they tell you...I'm open over here. .mean while 3 staff are standing around in the register area. On the other hand, your Thorntons on Grand Ave is exceptional!! Always clean, restocked store with extremely friendly staff and it's so much larger than the Greenbay rd/ Sunset Ave one. If the cold coffee machine has or is about to run out they apologize and ask if I can wait while they change it. They have a nice variety of cooked food and service with a smile. It's a shame that the smaller Thorntons isn't taken care of and employees that should have some pride be aware of the store's surrounding s. I hope someone looks into this as well as give Kudos to your best location at Grand ave.
