These people have no respect for the customer. The workers there don’t even know what they are talking about. The worst place I’ve been to. These workers are talking to eachother about common things rather thanw trying to help me. Horrible place . I will never go back here.

WARNING⚠️Got a new iPhone from here and paid with card was told the price I had to put down was the taxes which was 56 dollars and I was bamboozled and scammed more money was taken from my account they don’t give you paper receipts they say they are gonna “email the receipt” was not emailed the receipt and then they come up with a whole lie and excuse when they have got your money for future reference I would never recommend or refer anyone to this place and if they don’t have receipts do not do not use a card always use cash.

Came here to upgrade my phones and sales lady was way too pushy and I told her I didn't want anything besides the phones. She ended up giving me 2 chargers but she charged me for it and didn't give me a receipt and the only way I found out was by calling customer care and they confirmed that she charged me for them. The customer representative told me to not go back to this store and to go to the one in Fountain Square to return the chargers. I will never go back to this location because they practice deception and thievery just to make a few dollars off of you.

My son's phone was broken, so we decided to give them a call. The store closes at 8:00 so we started calling about 6:30 p.m. hoping to find out if they had a Samsung A52 phone in stock, but no answer. We figured they were busy, so I called back about every 10 to 15 minutes. No answer by 7:40 so we decided to head over there to see if they were actually a store anymore. We arrived at 7:45 p.m. They already had the security barrier down but there was a man and woman walking around inside the store. I still tried to call. But there's no answer. I could see them through the windows looking at their cell phones. Why is it that they have to close the store so early if they're going to be there anyways? Very poor service indeed. The photos were taken at 7:45 p.m. when we realized they weren't going to stay open till the stated closing time of 8:00 p.m.. you can see the security barrier is pulled down halfway over the door to deter customers from coming in. I wrote an email to the owner but I haven't heard anything back and don't expect to. I am also going to report this to T-Mobile corporate.

I didn’t get the guys name who helped me but I have to say he is probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met at a phone store. He was extremely helpful!

This would be a great store if It weren't for the attitude of the manager. Not friendly or patient. I avoid her waiting on me as much as possible.
