Don't trust associate Kailee(spelling?) She went into my account after I left and canceled my warranty exchange; after I made it very clear I would be right back I had to go pick up my kid from school. Management want not able to do anything about getting me another phone today bc they had to send back the phone she canceled! This was a major violation of my tryst and privacy that an associate would do this. They did credit my account however this doesn't fix the fact they have an associate that has no problem doing fraudulent things in someone's account.

EVERY TIME I’ve bought something from this store I’ve had to go back for it to get activated… isn’t this supposed to be done AT THE STORE?? No one has endless time to keep coming back to T-Mobile. Get it right the first time PLEASE.

Customer service by Carlos was really rude, rushing us with an attitude. I have patience and I understand that at times when you’re busy you’re upset or annoyed, but it is not the correct way to treat a customer. Also, obviously if we’re talking to you in English, there was no need to speak another language. It just makes us feel like they think we’re the stupid ones. The fact that he said “no I’m not rushing you” was d**** He had told a customer I’ll be with you in 3-4 minutes when he wasn’t even done with us. I had observed that he was being more polite with his previous clients, but just cause you don’t like someone doesn’t mean you should have an attitude.

Walked in asked I could buy the new iPhone since it was my moms birthday, he asked for a phone number and since I don’t have t mobile I gave my moms number, he said he couldn’t sell me the phone since the account wasn’t in my name. I told him okay can’t you just sell me the phone by itself ? He refused. I drove to north brook Apple Store and got the phone in 2 minutes. Ridiculous.
