Its a local gas station with a really nice laundromat attached to it. The laundromat is clean, with new clean and very reasonably priced washing machines. The gas station staff is very friendly and the bathrooms in both the gas station and the laundromat are clean. They just recently became a 24 hour establishment making it very very convenient.
