They have been nothing but difficult to work with. I’ve tried to cancel my account for days I was told it was finally cancelled yesterday (when the 800 # told me they would back date my cancel to the day I requested! 11/5). Now they don’t know when I’ll get my prorated refund for my unused premiums. They have been nothing but a headache since the day I signed up! Beware if you won’t settle for paying their high rates they’ll take their sweet time to refund your money. God forbid if you even actually need to file a claim! Unprofessional and rude.
