I have been buying Red Wings my whole life. I absolutely love them. They have a great new machine for measuring your foot pressure and shoe size. They also offer new orthopedic shoe inserts!

I called the store several times and got no answer. Alex called back and left a voicemail explaining the store was very busy and he was returning my call, which I appreciated very much seeing that it's hard to find good customer service these days anymore. I placed an order for a shoe they didn't carry. He checked the other locations as well for me and they did not either.He was honest enough to explain it may take a bit and even if I find something in the mean time I am not obligated to purchase the ones he ordered for me.He was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Wish everyone had this great of customer service.Thank you Alex! :)

They do a very precise job explaining what type of shoes they have and properly sized in your foot for the shoe

No one at the store at 10:10AM on a Monday. Called Rogan 800# and they said the Waukegan store has been closed for 3 years. Very confusing as the store has stock on the shelf’s and the current sale sign posted???
