My daughter's train was stained. I bought it up to the lady and she insisted in putting it in the bag. I told her that the dress was not $1. She said get some alcohol and wipe it down.She did not do anything herself to fix the problem. Now I'm days away from my daughter's quinceañera with 20-30 small stains on it!

I always call before I go. BUT every time I needed to purchase a Quinceanera dress for each of my daughter's we always end up right back at this boutique. The service I great. I have been to many boutiques and they are not personal. We will be obtaining their services for a third time.
