Deposited my check here Saturday around noon and the money still hasn’t hit my account it’s been 3 days now, and no one is answering the phone. I’ve had so many issues using PNC over the past couple years and I’m honestly tired of it

Walked in to exchange bills into quarters and got asked for an ID. Requiring identification in order to do something as simple as exchanging bills into quarters is wild to me. Last time I will go to this PNC and might even close the business accounts that I have with them.

ATM machines inside lobby but unable to access them? Then why are they there? Outdoor ATM is always busy so it seems like they don’t think things through to ensure transactions are smooth.

Maria was amazing with helping me set up accounts for my children. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her job and the business of banking, I love how she gave my son a short financial literacy course in such a short period of time! She was on point and I plan on traveling to meet with her in the near future! Definitely a great branch worth the trip from Zion!Great customer service and very patient schedule with Maria Henriquez!

I haven’t had any issues with this particular branch, but every single Friday, when trying to pay bills the service is always unavailable because of “maintenance!” I will be changing banks as this is very inconvenient. I have been trying to access my account today, for the past few hours.

My local branch, and probably my favorite in the area. It’s clean, and everyone inside is professional. Maria is always nice to work with.I just have a checking/savings, their Virtual Wallet. Kinda love it. It’s simple, and I like the money bar. Having an additional “reserve” account is also pretty neat. I originally opened this account when I was at college at UIUC since they have a local branch there, and as I recall, you could use your student ID as a debit card at campus locations. I stuck with them just because their site and app are pretty great, and they offer me what I need.Haven’t had the need to take out loans, but I’m aware they offer that. Sometimes I’ll get calls just to check in which is kinda nice. Sure they’re looking for business, but it’s always a pleasant and personable talk.If I had to criticize PNC as a whole, their ATMs do tweak once in a while. Either slow or no option for cash deposits (which is pretty much exclusively what I use their ATMs for). One time at a different branch in the area, it even ate my money. Was resolved pretty quickly though, and they are improving the ATMs.Anyway, as far as this location, I’m happy this is my local branch!

I went here to set up a joint bank account for me and my spouse. We're just starting out and we're waiting on the government to issue him a work permit because we're going through an immigration case and we mentioned he was a student several times to their banker, Maria. The student account isn't supposed to have minimal balances or fees for that, and online statements shouldn't have paper statement fees, but rightfrom the beginning we got whacked with three paper statement fees because PNC sets up a "virtual wallet" that has three accounts that are pointless when all you wanted was a checking. None of them pay interest, making the system pointless except to whack you with extra fees. Then I had some car trouble and went below the $500 minimum that shouldn't apply, so they started whacking me with more fees for not having enough money, even though I discussed this with another banker, Zervando, and he told me we had a student account and it shouldn't be a problem. When I came back in, Maria spoke with us and she informed us that she didn't set it up right, but tried to blame me for puttung myself on as primary even though she knew my spouse is a student and could have just set it up right the first time, and didn't. We had to get the branch manager involved and open a new student qccount, and they claim that they're going to close the old one and waive the early closure fee of $25....we'll see. This bank never answers the phone. It just sits there silent until it hangs up on you, forcing you to drive clear across the city every time you have a question about the account.. It's literally worse than trying to get people at the Chicago DMV to answer the phone. Then you walk in there and it's not even like they're busy. Just a lot of bank employees walking around not doing anything.

By far the WORST EVER PNC location! Horrible customer service! Machines are always breaking and they never want to return the money the machine took that you can prove was taken from their machines malfunctioning!

Would give 5 stars but you have to ask for a withdrawal slip when you get there.
