“This place is amazing. They always have my prescriptions in stock and ready quickly. They are well staffed and the staff is sooooo kind. There is never a line. No weekend hours and weekday closes at 5:30 pm could be an issue for some, but it works fine for me. Plus, they can deliver to home or office in 1-2 days.”
“The Waukegan location is amazing. They never made me feel stigmatized because of some of my medications like other pharmacies have. Plus, they are very quick. Longest I've waited for a medication was 20 minutes.”

“This Walgreens got a makeover, and I'm here for it. I like the new layout with the photo center being attached to the main checkout. No more having to wait for an employee to come from the back or finish helping customers upfront before getting to you. They now have for cashier areas up front on the same side. The store is clean and tidy and looks like it is in better shape.”
“Erica is great, I am new here and considering moving here! But I found myself outta meds, and in a panic!!!! But it was Erica to the rescue! She’s kind, knowledgeable and wants to help!!!! She cannot be beat!!!!”
“I’ve used this pharmacy for years. They’ve updated their systems where you can request your refills by automated phone, on their website, or talking to the staff. They’re so great at communicating the status of prescriptions, when insurance will cover, etc. the staff, especially Joann, have been there awhile long time, its nice to have familiar faces to trust your meds with.”
“The pharmacist at closing time is the most patient and kind man. I watched him fill every single person’s prescription in line while staying an hour past closing time. His co-worker left him all alone at 9pm after throwing a fit. The front end manager, also patient and so kind, happily came to the back to help ring up the rest of the drive-thru line and inside customers. These two guys came together and got the job done! “Shame this location is having a hard time with the COVID vaccinations and getting hit hard in some reviews there, but I think it's just limited availability and regulatory procedure that has their hands tied a bit in that regard.Outside of that aspect, this location is rather good in all the other usual things they do. Helpful staff. Well kept. Very good in offering savings if available. Selection could be a bit better but they do well for the size of the store. (Rating in regards to normal operation, above average but they don't always have everything.) Some wait time for the pharmacy, but it's often busy vs. the number of people they have working. And the guy that I think is the owner/operator is very helpful and attentive as well. (If so, very hands-on on how the place is run. Does anything he'd expect of the employees in the front.) Don't forget to give him a heads up on anything, and perhaps a word of thanks for all he does.”

“Rating 5 stars. They have a list of products not available in traditional super markets. They have liquor and stay open late. Self checkout is normally open. Food is not partially opened and dates don't expire tomorrow.”
