I really want to give them no stars because they rip people off they don't do the job they supposed to do they had my car a whole 24 hrs and my vehicle still doing the same thing. The owner name is Jose and he's very rude and racism he don't know how to talk to women but when a man come to him it's all good. he didn't want to give me back my parts and he called me out my name disrespectfully. I'm going to report his business and hopefully i get justice because no woman or nobody should have to go through this with Pepe's Auto in Waukegan Illinois at 302 10th Street.

If I could give a -5 stars I would! Older guy that's works there is extremely rude and sarcastic with cocky smartass answers.non patient towards customer needs. The worst mechanics I met ever! Advised to please check code and see why might be causing issue and he said yes no problem with a smile and that was all lies. Code came back on after 7 mins of driving. Check engine light still on after spending $500 .I work hard for my money for them not to respect that.BEWARE don't trust peeps muffller. They will scam you. I confronted Pepes with the issue and he simply laughed and hung up the phone.not professional at all.trust me not worth it.Waukegan location!!!!they do not own up to there mistakes!Awful!

They changed my brakes on my truck and they started making a bad squealing noise 1 month after they have changed them. My truck sounded like a bus with bad breaks, took it back and they said nothing was wrong. Later on I took it to a Chevy technician and saw that both caliper pistons were broken as if someone tried to jam in the rear brakes. Never going back to this shop ever again. Total rip off and they will not own up to their own mistakes. Now I will be spending on parts that were not necessary to be replaced if they were to do the job right in the first place. Instead of fixing things they break them!!Service: Auto brake repair
