Unbelievable!! We have had an account with old national for year's!! We live in Indiana came to do business over hear. Got a check came to this bank to cash it. It was closest old national they close at 530 & won't cash this check because there is not a manger?? You have got to be kidding me! So we have to sleep in our truck w/ our kids!!! This is absolutely insane. I promise you I will be close my account 1st thing in the morning. I have been a customer over 10 years! & Do ALOT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! THIS HAS ME SICK TO MY STOMACH! I LITERALLY HAVE TO SLEEP IN MY TRUCK WITH MY DAUGHTER!!

Since they merged service has been horrible. The lady stopped providing service to me and moved onto the next person without my turn even being completed. Unreal. Taking all my money out of the multiple accounts I have there and going somewhere that appreciates me as a customer.

This place just went thru is second acquisition, again I will have to update all my auto pay account after just doing it a few months ago. 1 week into it and they are still running around like chickens with their head cut off best advice I can give go anywhere else who knows what kind off stuff they are doing to have to change names so often I won't be the next victim I'm switching bank.
