Don’t waste y’all time got towed to this shop around one o’clock in the afternoon they were busy waited for two hours with my tires off my car and after that was given a different price that was originally quoted by whom ever answers the shop phone when asked about it said basically too bad wasted a total of 3 hours to drive off with my spare and luckily one of my tires were still good the worst customer service possible wish I could give them worst than 1star

Shot out to the employees. They got me in on a busy Sunday. I had a screw lodged in my passenger tire. They were able to save my Michelin tire and get me back on the road. Thank you and I will be back in the future for any work needed.

Very thankful a friend sent me...... take all our vehicles when a tire problem arises! Always incredibly busy, but get in and out faster than places that have half the business! Great staff, pricing and service!!!

Called to see if tires was available (quick answer said tires was available) told them I'll be there shortlyGot there they told me to pull in then they got to work bling blowl bloomGave me an affordable price for durable tires with little to no wear next set I will be going back for sure seen about 6 or 7 cars in and out in 30 to 45 minutes

I got my tire replaced for 45 dollars, and they rotated my rear ones for free (other front one had just been replaced). The tire quality was better then the other one which was 4x the price from somewhere else. One of the lug nuts didn’t match and didn’t fit my tire iron. when I called they told me to come back. When I came back they immediately had me pull my car in and promptly searched for one that fit. It’s definitely a bit of a chaotic shop but they pretty much do all the work in front of you for super cheap. Highly recommend for anyone with an older car and mechanic trust issues, they’re really good about double checking with you for every step And the customer service is great.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Let me first start off with saying I called the number listed for this place to see how much they would charge me to replace a bulb and my wiper blades and the guy that answered this phone told me about $30 but I would need to bring my car to them so they can see. I drove from Zion to Waukegan and when I get there they tell me they don’t want to do it!!! I told the guy I was speaking to that I called and the man told me to bring my car and I had the parts and he still says to me they don’t want to do it! I asked him who answers the phone for this business and he said the owner, I said ok I will call him back. That’s exactly what I did and when I told him what they said about not wanting to do the work he said well I can’t make them do it and I’m not doing it… I was to out done!!! This coming from the owner… I said so I just drove from Zion to Waukegan thinking I was gonna get something so simple done to my car only to be told No!!! Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you only do tire work then this is what I should have been told from the start Mr Business Owner!!! The way this was handled was very disappointing!!!!! Good Customer Service Does NOT EXIST ANYMORE!!!!This Is what the Owner felt the need to text my phone and say. Need I say anymore!!!You took the time to write this hope it made you feel better thank you for your negative thoughts I appreciate it , just cause your haveing a bad day doesn't mean you have to have every body around you have a bad day , don't worry I'm still happy have a nice day never come back to the shop please do me the favor go to where ever you feel has better service thank you ??Never once was I rude at anytime! I simply called and asked if you provided the services I called about and was told I can bring my car only to be told No because no one wanted to do it! It wasn’t a big job only wipers and a bulb replacement. No worries I posted my review, I meant what I said In my review and this is how you in return felt the need to correct the situation. Then try to reverse it on me as if I am the rude one???? Nice try. You have a Great night!!!!

Brought in tires to be mounted on aftermarket rims and was charged $100 plus $20 for tpms to be installed as well. As I was putting the tires inside my car, I had noticed there were no wheel wieghts and when I asked if they were balanced they said they didn't realize I wanted them balanced as well ??♂️. After going back and forth with them, they agreed to balance my wheels. While the tech was helping me take the wheels back he dropped them on the face of the wheel leaving scratches. The worst part of my experience was that the wheels weren't properly balanced causing vibration at high speeds.(Edit: they don't have a tool to calibrate or program tpms so I would advice not to have them installed here)

Horrible I prepaid for 4 tires here waited for 3 wks ... They found two out of the four advise them my back tire were okay but the ones they did find on the front when I got my car I had 1 good tire they took my good tires off the back and told me they weren't any good and said they replace the tires on the right side which was not my instructions... Then told me that's what 40.00 per tire would get you.... Never again!!!!!!

They are sort of friendly but they make you wait so much. Like the wait is Ridiculous alot for just one simple thing. I don't know if the Big women is the owner. But she has a kid in there. That seems pretty dangerous to have a kid in a Mechanic shop. Just because is the only Tire shop that we known we go there other than that I will not go. Ohh forgot mention too. If you are there friends they will let you cut line too! Bad service

They have fast service and excellent work. Unlike most shops in gurnee area they will get you in and out fast without sacrificing quality work.

Cheap because the give you 70 percent used tires so you can come back don’t spend your hard earned money here you’ll be upset
