Each time I’ve come to this location they just redirect me to customer service. The two girls that work here are good for nothings and have no work ethic. Don’t waste your time and visit a different location.

One of the worst service I have experienced. The guy at the front desk did not have any idea about how ACP plan works. He told everything is set up correctly. I found it did not work next month and went there again next month. This time a manager was there and told everything is set up correctly. Again next month got the bill again. They don't have any clue how the process works. Please stay away from this place.

I'm only giving one star because you can't leave zero Stars I got off of work at 6 I work around the corner from this place and I've been sitting out here from 6P.m.It is now 630 and she has finally come out. I was going to get me and my family some new phones but I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Check your camera she spent the whole hour until close in the back room.

Today my boyfriend (for lack of a better word) went to this store. He had a new screen protector on his phone. He had a picture of his daughter who has red hair on his phone. The female helping him told him that red heads have an extra chromosome, this is a not a trait of red heads but individuals with Down syndrome. I feel that with her access to technology at a cell phone store, a simple "google" would have prevented her from saying something so ignorant and offensive to people with Down syndrome or red hair. Classic case of don't say things that you don't know to be true.

I was fooled and bought into metropcs. I bought my phone from another location but you should know about this companies diservice. Do not bother with Metro pcs. After having service where data would drop out i was on a trip in another state when i could not even make a phone call, I gave up and decided to change providers and metropcs customer service is the hardest to understand and they constantly give you the run around ( hung up transferred calls, same generic answers everytime ) It has taken an hour and a half and multiple calls to finally talk to someone that would help me. All of this to figure out the transfer was not going through because i was given the wrong account number .All of this would have been avoided if SAL at the southridge mall kiosk in milwaukee,wi would have written down the correct account number on my paperwork. My question is, Who's account number did he give out? I have tried multiple carriers and metropcs is by far the worst (even than sprint,and thats hard to do!).

Too bad there is no 0 stars. Called with a billing problem but operator would no answer my questions. Asked for a supervisor and was put on unlimited hold. SO THEY ACTUALLY DO HAVE AN UNLIMITED PLAN!

. This place is awful. First let me explain the disrespect, unprofessional manager Taj. I buy a phone from this place under a month ago. I had a problem were my phone wouldn't hold a charge. So I go to the store after a long day in the office there was a young lady there who was new I knew that because my second time going to the store she was getting trained. So I go into this so call place of business I was handed the phone to speak with a manager Ms. Taj whom told me that she couldn't help me over the phone and she would be there in 5 mins to help me. So thirty mins go by the lady hasn't shown up so the young lady that was in the store was on the phone because she didn't know what the hack she was doing so she had to call to another store to get train over the phone on how to assist a customer. She ask the lady is Taj she coming to help the lady(which was me) After an hour goes by they call back the store asking to speak with me at that point I getting pissed by the moment you have me here waiting and it's been an hour and you still haven't shown up, so they ask to speak with me "I told the young I'm not speaking with anyone else over the phone because I didn't give my money over the phone and this is not how you run a business. So after that young lady hangs up five mins later here comes Taj after an hour and fifth teen mins, she comes in the store with a bad altitude go behind the count as me for my phone and tell the young lady with altitude you see this, this is the problem the phone is burnt so she turn around to me and ask have anyone told you about the mfg. warranty I reply no she was like I don't like how you were yelling at my employee before I could get a word out this chick began to yell I ask for her manager she reply no I ask for the owner she said no I'm in charge I as for the corporate number she replied goggle it. She turned around tell the young lady to submit for me a number phone the young lady looked clueless and walked out the store got in her car and drove off fast. Taj is a very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. So don't got to this store and do any business you might get cuss out ... Overall the company is good but the store sucks
