Dropped my car here to have repaired after an accident. Communication and service was on point. They worked with my insurance and the at fault party’s insurance so I didn’t have to be the middleman. I was referred by my insurance company to take my car to Majestic and I’m so glad I did. They were responsive, courteous and in the end my car looks amazing. I wish I could put zero stars. Had my car sent here through insurance after an accident. I picked up the car almost a week after they told me it was ready. First I find they put my engine air filter box and it wasn’t sealed. Then I find they forgot bulbs in the headlights. Then I also take it back because it still was shaking and needed an alignment when they knew it needed it after a test drive. Complained I had to come back and forth 3 times and agreed to fill up my tank, then just gave me $20 the day of. Was very upset and could never do business with a place like thisService: Body & Trim

They did a fabulous job on our car. They performed on time with everything. I was able to set up with local rental agent for a car pick up and drop off. I have another vehicle that I am going to bring in.

They do not have enough expertese or may be they just follow the insurance company's orders and ignore the damages. Either way, your car will not be diagnosed or repaired to your satisfaction and you will end up paying for repairs at other shops.
