This place is a joke. My mom was just in because she was in an accident and needed help making her claim. The ladies there were so rude and unprofessional and LAZY! They don’t want to work but they’ll be happy as heck to take our payments and money. She will be changing her insurance as soon as her claim closes!!

I was not pleased of how this agent worked with me, I was looking to get an insurance estimate but this place is a joke, you have to be screaming to the agent because there is like over 15-20 ft between you and the desk.....also I felt she didn't wanted to work anymore, she did my estimate very poorly with no explanation or details...obviously didn't want to obtain this insurance. Please train your staff, cause you are loosing clients because of their awful customer service.
