I could never work in a environment where Bullying is excepted and hierarchy is more important than the sanity of their employees. They don’t even have clear communications on what position is which it just seemed that they had everybody doing something to make them look busy. Very disorganized, very disrespectful, very lazy employees maybe all except for 3 employees I saw doing there job.

I ordered what started with 2 glass magnetic boards for the company I work for through Home Depot. They arrived damaged so we returned them and bought two more. One arrived fine while the other was completely shattered so the broken one was returned and another was purchased. Its replacement also arrived completely shattered. After speaking with Home Depot, they told us that LUXOR *refused* to take responsibility for their shotty packaging job - just cardboard to protect a 96'x48' GLASS board during the shipping process - and would not do a single thing to make it right.LUXOR continues to tell us that it's Home Depot's responsibility and to take our issues up with them even though *they themselves* are the supplier and it ships directly from their warehouse facility.WHO in their right mind believes that sending a large sheet of GLASS with no bubble wrap, Styrofoam, or other protective material is a smart decision?DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY
