“I upgraded to a new phone that arrived in the mail. Upon arrival I started the transferring of all my files & mistakenly believed that I ordered a phone with less memory space than my old one. I went to the store to send it back for another one with more memory. After explaining why I was returning it they helped me to understand that it did in fact have more memory than my old phone but that I just needed to unload some apps & free up memory needed to transfer everything. I was then able to re-download the deleted apps. This was going to be a big headache for me because I really needed the new phone that weekend for pictures on a trip. I really appreciated their help.”
“Waited 20 minutes just to be told to call a number. No effort of providing information aside from just the phone number. Ozzie literally said he doesn't know anything. Complete waste of company resources to have a brick and mortar store if its sole purpose is to just call a number.”

The last few times I have been in here, I was greeted right away and treated with the utmost care. I have never felt pressured and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal, or in today's case, accept my return without hassle.
