The room was clean table and chair provided, owner very responsive. I will recommend and will rent again

Its a BYOB place BYOF as well its a nice place to have or host a party especially in the cold months when the outside ruins our plans! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED great price for the space. Check them out and book your next party with them FAST!!!!
